  1. Phillip says Maybe

Yes, it’s really only 4 minutes long but a lot of TWHL’s release are like this. It’s not a bad map and I actually really like the concept of the catapult and it would be fun to explore many islands with this as a possible mechanic, especially with a few Alien Controllers around.

Only play it if you are looking for a sub-5 minute break.

  2. Maybe?

My review will repeat a lot of what Phillip said about it. It’s incredibly short, doesn’t have a real ending, but it’s a sort of interesting idea (probably a lot more unique when it came out a decade ago) and isn’t bad in any way other than feeling horribly incomplete.

  3. Maybe?

It’s an interesting idea, but not much more.

  4. Maybe?

Best described as above. An interesting idea, with a really mediocre and short execution. If this idea was more developed and the map was more expansive, then this would have been sweet.

  5. Think Twice

I was expecting some gameplay. Well, if your idea of gameplay is killing 10 aliens with gluon gun in a few seconds and that’s it, then you’ve just found perfect fun. The whole map is unnecessarily dark and apart from an interesting catapult that’s capable of launching you from one island to another, there’s really nothing else worth mentioning.

    Maybe?

Overall the concept is good. But the gameplay and design of this map is just quite limited and very short. So that makes feel the good concept was just undermined, and quite badly done.

Maybe if the author would have added some more xen Islands the product itself would have been better.

Here there’s not much to say than that. The combat against xenian was very ordinary and with some quite boring weapons.

My recommendation is a maybe, because I think here we have many lacks just too much lacks to recommend this as a play it later.

  7. Think Twice

Yup, there’s nothing else to say, is just too short, I would’ve loved to see this concept expanded further though, with more islands to explore, but yeah, there’s not much to say
