A week or so ago I saw a news report about some server company advertising products in Counter-Strike: Source. I can’t find the article now but it said that Valve were not too happy about it, as the agreement specifically disallows it.

100 Summer Days of Nostalgia
In celebration of Gilfrarry (Thanks man, can’t thank you enough) reformatting and uploading all the Half-Life 1 maps and mods into my format and onto my server, I have decided to run the 100 SUMMER DAYS OF NOSTALGIA Starting 1st June and running for 100 days I will update a Half-Life 1 map or mod every day.

Poll Question 221 – Would you play a mod with a story if it’s not in English?
Let me clarify the question. You find a new mod on PP that apparently has a really good story but the voice acting is only in a language you can’t speak.

Poll Question 214 – When there is a lull in mod releases, do you replay older mods or try new games and demos?
Let’s be honest, this year and for a lot of the end of last year, there wasn’t much to play, with regard to mods. I’ve taken the time to work on other projects, but if I were “just” a player I wonder what I would do. When I say just, I mean not having to run websites – no offence meant!
