Single Player First Person Shooter Maps and Mods for Half-Life 1, 2 and Episodes 1, 2 and 3

Starting in a small room, you need to work your way to the extraction point on the roof.

  1. Phillip says Maybe

Look at the date this was originally released: December 2006. Quite a while ago. I mention this because a few people don’t read those details and think everything posted on the frontpage is new. It’s not. It gets posted when I find them, or in this case, am sent details about it.

    Visuals
Repetitive walls and strange combination of Combine walls and wooden doors.

    Gameplay
I quite enjoyed playing but not enough to recommend it.

    Layout and Design
A terrible combination of walls and walkways, with a totally unrealistic setting and flow.

    Summary
Not the worst mini-mod you will have played this year, but only play it if you have played everything else.

    5 Words Or Less Review
    Less walls, more thoughtful design!

  2. Maybe?

There are a couple of quite challenging areas.
Phillip is spot on though and it is short.
In the first building I got 2 partial invisible walls easily walked around without cheating.
Good fun while it lasts and worth 10 minutes of your time.

Five minutes of fun, the layout in part is similar to some of Leon’s arrangements of gantries and open stairways leading to roof top encounters, although not on par with Leon’s work the author does show promise and you cant help wondering what as become of these one release wonders, if that is the case.

In this case the mod is far too short to rank high on anyone’s list being no more then a reasonable open sequence or learning curve that should have lead to better things. Give it a play if you are short of a game but remember it’s over before it starts.

  4. Maybe?

Very short, seems a bit arbitrary – more of a series of situations than a journey from A to B. At one point you pass through a hut to get to a ladder, at the top of which is a problem; magically, when you backtrack, a button has appeared on the wall of the hut to allow you to solve the problem. It was a fun but rather random 5 minutes!

  5. esswok

    very short game takes longer to download and set up than to play;

  6. Maybe?

like told already those wall just let you the filling to play in an aquarium and relay drag down the genral filling of the map also how to choose to progress

    could have been dropped point…

  7. Play It Later

Worth playing, but it is very short.

  8. Maybe?

Short. Looks and plays good. Abruptly ends. Worth one play through.

  9. Play It Later

Fair and short game, the combat is way too easy in fact. I recommend this if you have a free time to spend.
