  1. Phillip says Avoid It!

This is really little more than an early alpha. All the Combine are not vigilant enough and the title is a little deceptive. It certainly has potential but at the moment it’s not really worth playing. I hate being negative because the author has made the effort to make and release something, and that should be applauded.

  2. count_de_monet

right. very promising. with a little extra stamina into the combines and more bolts as ammo instead of grenades, the author could then call for beer and pizza and comfortably face map enlargement…
At least it’s not bugged, and I really enjoyed the sniping, as short-lived as it was.

  3. fragmaster

I played through this 3 times.
Its very dark but the Author’s high point is the Darkness & utizing the EP2 flashlight with such a long battery life 🙂
Anyways Flashlight place is almost always needed if you fall into the water in anyway your dead.
No health kits on this level so play on easy or normal
i didnt get any texture problems or bugs the map runs smoothly with no slow down in framerates on my system.
my system in todays standards is Meduim
Enemy A I wasnt there & maybe a 2nd release with white Armored Elite guard combine would offer a better challenge or various types of combine or even assassinations of key characters like Breen or the Gman (yes that cliche like Leons Coastal to Atomsphere).
Overall a 2nd release with new features maybe even Total Conversion types items or weapons added this will be a good 5 to 20 minute ride depending on your gameplay style.

    Maybe?

I could not find enough gameplay here to warrent either playing or releasing this. It shows a lot of promise but that it. Remains to be seen if this is ever developed into a playable mod, I have my doubts and as it stands I don’t recommend bothering with it now.

  5. Think Twice

As it stands now, I have to say it’s only for people who want to play everything.

The map told me where to snipe from which didn’t work for two reasons. I don’t think you should need to tell me where to snipe from. And mainly, if I had decided to wait there to see any Combines to kill, I’d still be waiting.

  6. Avoid It!

It has decent visuals and I kinda like the outpost, but it only took me four minutes to beat. It tells you to snipe the combine, but it’s much easier to just go down there and deal with the problem up front. It also has no proper ending, it just fades to black and leaves the screen that way until you quit. It’s definitely not terrible, it’s just not worth playing, therefore I advise you to avoid it.

  7. Maybe?

Extremely short night map. Combine soldiers spawn facing away from you as you enter buildings. Your given max ammo crossbow at the beginning so they are basically oneshots.
