So, the plan is real simple, Gordon. You and Crazy will charge in, grab some guns, and let us out of the cells. Escape the cell and fight your way to the Gman.

Important Notes

This mod was converted from a set of maps by andyb, a PP regular. Thanks andyb!

Next, converting it was a little problematic. If you find the A.I. Disabled, press F12.

The load times are huge, which suggests the maps haven’t been optimized very well, if at all!

Installation Instructions
  • Copy the kill gman-city7 folder into your SourceMods folder.
  • Restart or start Steam.
  • Kill Gman City 7 should now be listed in your Library tab.

    This was a terrible mod. The indoor sections were badly lit, badly joined and badly thought out.

    The two outdoor areas (images 11 and 20) had potential but they would need a lot of work. Only play this if you are the type of play who has to play everything.

    Driving the buggy in such cramped tunnels is pointless.

    After checking it would seem the soundcache files maybe the culprit for some of the long load times but not all. I played it again with 0 cache files and when done the cache folder was over 220mb!! Playing it again did not bring down the load times hardly at all. So I dunno whats up. For this mod it wasn’t worth investigating to find out.

    I’ve just looked at screenshots, man that’s blasphemy. Where is detail, where is hard work, where is idea? What is the point of making this? I think this is just an experiment, never meant to be published. Phillip have found it from somewhere unimaginable and shared it. I mean I hope that’s it.

    I’m trying to play it – but I get “AI DISABLED ” as suggested in Philllp’s post, but pressing F12 does nothing.

    Some keyboards have a seperate key to enable the F section,maybe you do?The F12 should work as I put it in the config file.

    Played through to the end? Kill Gman? Is that it? Can’t shoot him! try and reach and you die!
    Very strange!
    I said think twice “cos as said in posts above, there are problems with loading and with the AI~, it’s quite playable sometimes but the problems make it frustrating.
    I learnt a few new things though!

    Maybe?

    Novel start which I quite liked. Not enough enemy for a challenge though. Loading times are a problem and the map after losing the buggy did not load at all and I waited 1/2 an hour for it!. I had to load and then cheat throiugh the console – no weapons if you load manually. Last but 1 level was a rush through.
    If you know how to use the console – consider it for when you half an hour to spare. If you don’t; then don’t
    I thought Gman was a hologram anyway so is the title a spoiler?

    Avoid It!

    The start was ok, But it turned into one of the worst loading mods I’ve ever played! At least I could get up and have another cup of coffee and make lunch in between times! Maybe take a nap too! 🙁
