100 SDoN Podcast 05

10th September 2011

Single Player First Person Shooter Maps and Mods for Half-Life 1, 2 and Episodes 1, 2 and 3

Here is the fifth of 6 podcasts centred around the 100 Summer Days of Nostalgia event.

In this one, Don AKA Unq and I discuss releases 81 to 100. In fact, we chat in detail about 5 or 6 mods and agree that this group of 20 was the best of the bunch.

  1. My apologies for the quality of my recording. It had a clicking sound every half a second, so I had to remove it, which of course changed my quality.

  2. Hi Phillip, thanks for the 100 Summer Days of Nostalgia event, and looking forward to the half-life opposing force event slated next.
Thanks to both yourself and Unq too, for the podcasts. Greatly appreciated!

    1. You are most welcome. I am sure I speak for Unq when I say the podcasts were fun to do.

      1. ssshh! Just chipedIn to show appretiation!!!

        1. Yes, I saw it, thank you very much. I also sent a quick email too.

Glad you enjoyed the event and the podcasts. Both were a lot of fun for me, too.

        1. I can’t get enough of your podcasts. Hope you’ll do some more, with Phillip of course, during the HL-OF event.

          To Phillip:
I’ll send my “PP_personalized recommendation image”, when you return from your well deserved holidays.

Hey Phillip , I have a question (its off topic). Did you do the voice acting for the English version of “The Trap”?

    1. Yes, sir, I did. To be honest,. I didn’t want to do it in that “style” but that’s how the author wanted it. In case you don’t know, I’ve voice acted in about 15 released mods, some with multiple voices.
