Your objective is seemly simple; run to the sewers. You will face a number of obstacles on the way, including fences, a sniper, fire and Antlions. Phew! if you make it you are a good player. This is a beta release and the author is looking for feedback, so keep it useful!

    Instant crash on when the map is loaded. From the brief glimpse I had I can tell you that you have a leak on the map.

    No problems with mine loaded fine. Pretty intense, would love to see a longer version.

  3. I liked it.Very intense but short.I assume it ends when you meet the medic after raising the water level.

    Fairly decent map. However, it MAY have a leak, and it probably does. Fix that. It also wasn’t very fun to leave my allied npc behind after going through only two rooms.

    I liked it, though. The detail and strategy was well placed with the sniper puzzle. Though, the explosive barrels leaving a trail of fire was a bit much.

    Fairly short, but fun.

    P.S. You can get past the water-filled room by jumping over the pipes, as well.

    My one-minute review. Average run-through map. Not too exciting, though had a few intense moments. Nothing really unique to find. Ends abruptly. Needs better lighting and more ambience– Too quiet. That’s all!

    Didn’t like it respawn of combine in the second section (rooftop) doesn’t let you a lot of choice,I encounter on the 4th load a interesting artifact with no spawn of combine witch let me the time to put box together to jump over the fence into the truck,
    didn’t no where to go found an entrance get to the next section taking the bricks with the gravity gun and that was it

    It’s not my style of gaming and the map looks correct but not tremendous it certainly misses a background music to make it more immersive

    will rate it 5/10…when it’s up

    Very intense action for as long as it lasted. Decent level design. AI placement was tough with limited ammo. The barrels & fire were a bit too much but it made you think of where your next footsteps would be. I had some troubles getting stuck in the water going through the first part underwater & a second time to reach the partial walkway at the end. It took me forever on those. There wasn’t really anything that stood out to me. Oh, I liked the bricks in the wall part. I thought that was original instead of the same ole” grate.

    This was a bit to hard for my taste. A little less enemies or a bit more ammo could make this a lot better.

    this is a real beginners map, as fas as I can see it. it looks like the maker tried to add as many npc’s in every meter of the map. the mistake of spawning in a map with loads of enemies around uyou is a commen mistake. the fps of the map are to low to play this kind of action, (gess it isn’t optimazed). and the map itself, well, in fact I haven’t seen it at all, was to bussy with keeping myself alive. so, please think before you place an enemie, give the player anough space to keep himself alive.

    you gessed it, I realy didn’t like this map, a real beginners map, but, we all have to start learning it ones.

    Just wanted to say thanks for reviewing my map! I am a noob, but have a great desire to be a good map builder. the Criticism was exactly like I needed. my friends and family were way to nice to tell me the things that needed fixing. you guys rock! keep up the good work.

  12. Stef the fence you tried to pile boxes to climb over moves with the grav gun.Just give it a blast and run through.

  13. There is one little glitch that I noticed but forgot to mention previously. In the first part outside, the shotgun shells in the dumpster automatically sinks to the bottom & is unable to retrieve. If you are scarce on ammo, you might want to use the gravity gun to hoist the box out of the dumpster & then break it open to get the shells.

    With consideration to all the above comments plus my early attempt to get started against unrealistic number of spawning enemy set among the most congested mine-field imaginable, I decided not to venture further.

    I hope this is a beta version that the author can rework into a more playable experience. With reference to other members comments the author has plenty of good feed back now to help achieve the minimum goal of a playable map. I am sorry I can’t find any good points to highlight, the game did not give me the chance. All comments are meant to be encouraging and I hope we will see more from the author in the future.

    Avoid it for now.
