No game as such just aliens in a single set, arena type play not to may liking.
One of the many maps of Russian mapper eif.
Not a real coloseum, but it sort of looks like that. A small outdoor arena spawning all kind of enemies and weapons after some time. Also new healthkits and HEV batteries will be dropped to make sure you’ve a chance to survive.
You can hide in a fallen over cart or behind rocks.
It’s over when you suddenly see the arena from bird’s-eye view and hear applause.
Then only scientists and guards will be spawned only.
All in all it can be entertaining for a short while to some players, but to me it’s a simple waste of time.
Pro’s:
-Challenging combat, tactics required
-Every HL weapons available step by step
-“Almost” every HL monster spawning, this includes human grunts and assassins
-Good balancing
Con’s:
-Pointless map, sorry
-Very basic mapping, boring
-No surprises, atmosphere, fun
-Very short playtime (~15 mins, most of the time you have to wait until new stuff like weapons, health or enemies are being spawned)
-No music
