This weekend he is playing Tylak’s Das Roboss on Saturday at 12pm Pacific Daylight Time, which is 3pm Eastern, 8pm UK time, and 9pm Central European. You should double check the Time & Date.Com website for your local time.

I can’t speak specifically for what Dan uses, but generally you use a program like OBS to stream, and you can add things like images as overlays. In this case, he uses his webcam’s output as an overlay and either has the camera software automatically remove his background, or he uses a green screen behind him and removes the green.
