How about a mod/game based on caricatures of the world? Now most caricatures I’ve heard of have been people but a talented artist may be able to create something interesting with architecture and especially weapons.

It could be part of a dream sequence or even something that happens to you if you get hit by a poison dart. Actually I’m planning something similar in Blaze Bolden, but without the caricatures.
