    Rating: 50

    Good:
    No flaws to speak of.
    A mildly entertaining diversion.

    Bad:
    Not much to do

    Review:
The screenshot sums up this level. You start off in a square room where you grab your suit, then load up on weapons and ammo. Once equipped you step out into the courtyard. it consists of several “bunker” walls to hide behind as you shoot the combine troops who face you from across a large pit. Alyx, Barney, and crew help you out. So long as you can aim your weapon and pull the trigger, it will be over within a few minutes.
While what little of the map that was designed is solid, looks okay, and is without any visual or design flaws, there simply isn’t much here to experience. it is about what you’d expect from such a small file. The designer has proven he can craft a tiny map that is without any sort of major flaw. However, when you set the bar so low, this isn’t an achievement worth bragging about.

    Now onto my review:

This map is really bad. The idea of evolving combat is good, especially when I was guarded by a squad of rebels, Alyx, Barney and even one Vortigaunt. However, the design of the map is terrible and bland. For example, skybox is glitched and a pit between fighting sides doesn’t kill you. Also there were few enemies, and they all died very fast.

    Overall, meh.

  3. Think Twice

A simple map where you and a bunch of rebels shoot at 3 waves of Combine enemies, that’s it!

There’s few weapons, but they do serve well in fighting the Combine, specially the charged Gravity Gun you get at the ending of the base game. Other than that, the Rebels can win the fight easily, without much need for player intervention.

Overall, you just Shoot in this map, and not for long. Unless you really are bored or in need for some quick gun-shooting fun, pick another map.
