Destiny

for Half-Life

Sci- Fi Single Player First Person Shooter Games Half Life 2 Doom 3 Far Cry Unreal UT2004 Quake Mods
About

Submitted as part of a T.W.H.L. Xen Transport Mapping competition.

Story

The mod takes place approximately 15 years after the events in HL2. The survivors from Black Mesa have moved to Xen when Breen
took over earth. They have been secretly working on a time travel machine, so that they could go back into the past and destroy the crystal that started the resonance cascade. The mod has 4 maps, some custom sounds, voices. Additional models taken from blue shift and counter-strike.

Update:

The paths in the .zip file are wrong! This mod is NOT for counter-strike as some have thought from the paths. It’s for half-life. Just unzip the whole thing anywhere and copy+paste the folder ‘daubster15’ to your half-life dir.

No game here just some basic design and textures, get transported find the gem and that’s it. Not worth a download, but if you do you wont find any thing playable but then it was not designed to be. Go download some thing else.

There wasn’t supposed to be any combat in this mod and yes – it doesn’t provide you much action. The main object in the mod was the transportation system, since it was made for the Xen Transportation competition.

This mod/map sadly refused to work.
I’ve unzipped the folder, I renamed it, I tried to create a shortcut with the addition of -game destiny (or Daubster15) but it didn’t worked.

I like maps without any monsters or grunts, just interesting brushwork, lightning and triggered events… mods/maps like 1986.
